The ultimate goal is to give our athletes a platform to develop mentally and physically and achieve optimal performance throughout their career. The process starts with the understanding of how the arm and body works as a kinetic link throughout the throwing motion. This is achieved through each individual’s own and different athletic capabilities with stretching, drills, throwing and competition.
I want to make sure theses athletes are using their body as efficient and powerful as possible. My program includes detailed and structured warm-up and stretching routines, pitching and throwing drills, individualized catch play and long toss programs, bullpen routines, shoulder and scapula strengthening programs and total body baseball specific training. I use advanced training techniques and equipment for optimal strengthening and performance.
